Party Policy

All Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC parties are 1 ½ hours. Our parties operate according to a set schedule; therefore, all parties must start on time (weather or excessive traffic permitting). Under absolutely no circumstances, will we be able to wait for latecomers. They may join in, at the point of the party’s progression, when they arrive. If the party runs over time, due to no fault of Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC, the parent, or guardian for the party will be responsible for any overtime fees (due upon receipt).

A, non-refundable, debit or credit card deposit, must be paid to Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC, to reserve your party date. Your complete party balance must be paid in full, on or before the day of your party, by debit or credit card only.

We require a phone confirmation of your final headcount, and/or any changes, you may need to make, at least 2 business days prior to your party. If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, your party will be cancelled. After this time, we will not be able to honor any last-minute requests (some exceptions may apply, and will be determined by Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC). We understand that it can be a little hectic with getting confirmation from your guests and narrowing down your last-minute party details. Even so, you must understand that there is a significant amount of time that goes into preparing for each party, which is solely based upon your final headcount and any party upgrades that you may have chosen. Therefore, on the day of your party, your final balance will reflect the amount, according to your final headcount given to us, by you, at the time of your phone confirmation. If you have no-shows or last-minute cancellations (over the initial 7 guests), or you decide against an upgrade, that you chose and we have prepared for, you will be responsible for half of the upgraded amount (due upon receipt), to Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC. 

If for any reason, you need to cancel your party, you must notify Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC within 72 hours of your party. You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule, according to our availability. All deposits paid to Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC are non-refundable, except under certain circumstances, which will be determined by Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC. A refund request must be submitted in writing, by the person that paid the deposit, within 30 days of your party date, accompanied with documented proof of the reason why you are unable to fulfill your party request to Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC. Even so, your submitted documents will be reviewed and investigated for proof, by Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC, to determine a decision of approval.

All photos taken by Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC, during your party, are solely the property of Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC, and may possibly be used by Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC for advertising purposes only.

Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC parties are for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims of being licensed professional technicians, cosmetologists, or estheticians, but we are committed to protecting the safety and health of our party goers and associates. We follow all federal, state, and local COVID-19 guidelines and procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We also exercise special care in using mild kid-friendly products that are especially sensitive to young skin. Therefore, we take no responsibility for any illnesses or allergic reactions for any party guest. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian, hosting the party, to make sure none of their guests are sick, and alert Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC, in advance, of any allergies that any of their guests may have. Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC reserves the right to refuse services on any child, due to poor hygiene, open cuts or wounds, or any sickness that may be contagious and possibly impose a health risk to others.

Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC takes no responsibility for any injuries or property damage caused by party guests. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian, hosting the party, to supervise the children, keeping them safe and under control during the party. In case of lost or damage of any Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC equipment or party items, caused by a party guest, whether intentional or unintentional, the parent or guardian hosting the party, will be held responsible for the monetary reimbursement of that item.

Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC reserves the right to refuse any party, under the conditions of what we consider to be an unsafe environment for our staff and/or party associates.

If, the Ritzy Glitzy Party Bus cannot make it to your party or event due to any uncontrollable event or disaster such as bad weather, extreme traffic, mechanical failure, car accident, hospitalization, etc., we will try our best to make alternate party arrangements that are equally adequate for the party host, as well as, attainable for Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC at that time. If for any reason, the situation cannot be rectified, we will return your full deposit within 7 - 10 business days.

Ritzy Glitzy Girlz Club, LLC reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of our party policies without written consent or prior notice.
